Jennifer is a seasoned homeschooling mother of a 7th grader and a 10th grader.  In 2012, she founded Made With Love Not Gluten Bakery, a successful dedicated gluten-free bakery which she sold in 2024.  In 2024, she started The Curious Quill Book Shoppe in Manheim, Pennsylvania, a local independent bookstore focusing on children's books, educational games and toys, popular adult fiction, and educational themed books and materials.

She is also the author of two children's books which are both available for purchase online and in her store.
